Model Question Papers
As per the FAQ published by DSERT on 28th July 2025, the marks distribution for LBA (Lesson-Based Assessment) will be as follows:
Should all questions be taken only from the LBA question bank?
➤ Yes, LBA questions should be used from teaching to assessment. Teachers can prepare their own question papers.
How should LBA be conducted for FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) students?
➤ LBA should be conducted just like for other students, and the marks should be recorded in SATS.
Will an LBA question bank be available for Urdu medium?
➤ Yes, translation and structuring are in progress and will be available soon.
Should a question paper be prepared as per the blueprint for each lesson?
➤ Yes.
Class 1 to 5: 10 written + 5 oral = 15 marks
Class 6 to 10: 20 written marks
For districts with re-teaching (Maru Sinchan): LBA 15 + Re-teaching 5 = 20 marks
Other districts: LBA = 20 marks
