   Govt. Letter of  Eligibility for the Post of Social Studies Teachers in the Recruitment of Graduate Primary School Teachers.. Dt – 17/03/2022

         In the Karnataka Govt. notification Published in Karnataka Special Statement Dated: 22-02-2022 has been given that Candidates for the post of Graduate Primary Teacher (Class 6 to 8) (Social Studies) in the column entitled “Minimum Qualifications in the Notification Schedule” a candidate shall have Studied two subjects as optional subjects for three years in the Graduate Degree from below Social Studies group of: History/Economics/ Geography/ Political Science . But as per the new Karnataka State Special Gazzet  Dated 17/03/2022 the following changes have been made –         

        A candidate shall have Studied two subjects as optional subjects for three years in the Graduate Degree from below Social Studies group of: History/Economics/ Geography/ Political Science should be read with including the subject ‘Sociology’.

It should read as follows – 

‘A candidate shall have Studied two subjects as optional subjects for three years in the Graduate Degree from below Social Studies group of:: History / Economics / Geography / Political Science / Sociology.
